Online Proposal Submission—October 2008 RFP
Preparing to upload your proposal
- All 8 required documents should be combined into one PDF document for upload
- The combined PDF must be under 100 megabytes in size
- When the upload is in process, your browser may appear unresponsive. Do not close your browser. Uploading a 20 MB document may take 15 minutes or more. When an upload has successfully completed, a confirmation message will appear.
- Avoid giving your PDF a generic filename such as "proposal.pdf." Include author or organization name to make it unique.
